Lubricating oil Mav Rail 1

Mav Rail 1 is the innovative and high-performance lubricating oil, added  with PTFE and formulated with renewable synthetic bases  from precious raw materials. It has been specially developed for the lubrication of railway switches, ensuring optimal performance in demanding railway environments.

The particular molecular structure of Mav Rail 1 gives the product a high resistance to photodegradation, allowing reliable and long-lasting lubrication even in the presence of adverse weather conditions and intense solar radiation.

In addition, Mav Rail 1 is characterized by a high degree of unsaturation, which further contributes to its strength and durability. This means that the oil retains its lubricating properties even under high mechanical stress, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of railway switches.

Another significant advantage of Mav Rail 1 is its high biodegradability. In fact, the product is classified as  “readily biodegradable” according to the strict OECD 301 B method. This means that the oil will naturally degrade over time, reducing environmental impact and meeting sustainability standards.

It should be noted that Mav Rail 1 has been authorized by RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana) in accordance with the RFI TCAR SF AR 06 005 D specification, confirming its suitability and quality for use in railway systems.
