Mav Rail 2.0 lubricating oil

Mav Rail 2.0 is the latest generation lubricating oil with PTFE and boron nitride additives, formulated with renewable synthetic bases from precious raw materials. This oil has been specially developed to provide excellent lubrication in railway switches, offering superior performance in demanding railway environments.

The particular molecular structure of Mav Rail 2.0 gives the product high resistance to photodegradation, guaranteeing reliable and long-lasting lubrication even under the effect of adverse atmospheric conditions and intense solar radiation.

The high degree of unsaturation present in Mav Rail 2.0 further contributes to its strength and durability. This means that the oil maintains its lubricating properties even under high mechanical stress, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of railway switches.

Another important advantage of Mav Rail 2.0 is its high biodegradability. In fact, the product is classified as “readily biodegradable” according to the rigorous OECD 301 B method. This means that the oil will degrade naturally over time, reducing environmental impact and meeting sustainability standards.

Furthermore, Mav Rail 2.0 has been authorized by RFI (Italian Railway Network) in accordance with the RFI TCAR SF AR 06 005 D specification, confirming its suitability and quality for use in railway systems.
